Biomarkers refer to biological molecules that can predict a phenotype based on signals obtained from them.

For example, if we could measure the abundance of three proteins from a patient's blood sample and convert these values into a probability of the patient having liver cancer, then we would have a biomarker set.

Our team has substantial experience in developing and validating biomarkers using high/medium/single throughput biological data.

Our established workflows employ state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning algorithms for feature selection and developing predictive models.
